T3 core support-Projects or Deployments Coordinator

What you will do-

• Own Jira hygiene for deployments: tickets, statuses, owners, dates, blockers, and follow-ups
• Plan CRs end to end scope, dependencies, environment, window, rollback, and approvals
• Schedule CRs and keep the deployment calendar current across sites and teams
• Participate in and run deployment rehearsals, capture gaps, owners, and next steps
• Drive the readiness conversation — confirm what is in scope, what is not, who is on point, and what happens if something fails
• Track actions from rehearsals through execution and close-out
• Coordinate with DevOps and engineering on Azure-related work (pipelines, environments, releases)
• Communicate status, risks, and schedule changes clearly to the deployment team

What we are looking for-

• Experience coordinating deployments, releases, or change management in a technical environment
• Strong Jira skills: boards, filters, workflows, and keeping work visible
• Comfort planning and scheduling CRs, including maintenance windows and dependencies
• Confidence running rehearsals and asking pointed questions on readiness, risk, and rollback
• Working knowledge of Azure and DevOps (repos, pipelines, environments, release process)
• Clear communicator who can keep multiple workstreams organized

Nice to have-

• Warehouse, robotics, or large-scale site deployment experience
• Familiarity with ITIL / change-control process
• Exposure to Ansible / AWX or similar automation tooling
