Job Description
- 6+ years of professional Java development experience with senior-level ownership of application design and delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java (Java 8/11/17), Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong SQL and relational database experience, including Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with unit/integration testing, JUnit/Mockito, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Strong production troubleshooting experience across application, interface, data, performance, and deployment layers.
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in Decatur, IL or East Peoria, IL. Remote work is not available.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the engagement.
- No relocation or housing assistance is available.
