What You'll Need • (Technical) high school diploma, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator. • German language proficiency at B2 level. • Enthusiasm for the construction process of buildings. • Strong mathematical skills, spatial reasoning ability, and interest in technical tasks. • Goal-oriented and structured work approach with a high willingness to learn, and good team and communication skills.
