CA Financial Controller

Peanutbutter and Jelly Private Limited (About Get-A-Whey), a subsidiary of Heritage Foods Limited, is engaged in curating & retailing healthy desserts, primarily protein Ice Creams, Keto Desserts, Vegan Ice Pops, Low Cal Kulfis and other food products through e-commerce and q-commerce platforms and retail chain stores in India under the brand name "Get-A-Way" (GAW).

Chartered Accountant - Mandatory (without a CA qualification need not apply)

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai

Role requirements:

Experience 6-8 yrs in FMCG, food manufacturing, or D2C sectors.

Technical Expertise in financial software & advanced Excel.

Operational Experience multi-location finances and driving cost efficiencies.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience in startup scaling and high-growth environments preferred

Core Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

Develop financial strategies to support D2C growth and business expansion.

Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Ensure accurate a& timely financial reporting in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

Conduct profitability analysis for products, channels, and business units.

️ Compliance, Audit & Controls (GST, TDS, Income Tax, and any other statutory)

Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.

Partner with leadership on fundraising and capital allocation strategies.

Team Management

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, sales, and leadership teams.
