The Role

• Represent the brand at retail locations, trade shows, and community events.
• Engage with shoppers, generating interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert engaging conversations into qualified leads for in-home consultations.
• Set up and maintain attractive, professional product displays.

What You'll Need

• Reliable transportation for travel to various event locations.
• A naturally outgoing personality, comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
• Resilience and confidence in handling rejection, seeing it as part of the sales process.
• A passion for helping customers and making a positive first impression.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs for display setup.
• Must be 18 years or older with a smartphone.
