We are supporting a global organisation with the appointment of an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Developer for an initial 4-month contract within the Defence sector. This is a specialist requirement, and candidates must hold active SC Clearance

The Role

You will work as an Oracle Fusion HCM Developer supporting the delivery of an established transformation programme.

The role will require someone who is comfortable working within complex environments and can bring strong technical knowledge of the Oracle HCM platform.

Your experience should include:

• Strong hands on Oracle Fusion HCM development experience.
• Good technical knowledge of Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HR modules.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Payroll modules.
• Experience working within complex transformation or technology programmes.
• Ability to work effectively within a structured project delivery environment
