The Role

• Develop and implement therapeutic programs for residents with psychological, motor, and cognitive impairments.
• Collaborate closely with care management to design individual and group activities aimed at enhancing residents' quality of life.
• Participate in quality improvement teams to contribute to the betterment of resident care.
• Actively contribute to initiatives that improve the overall living experience and independence of residents.

What You'll Need

• Completed professional training as an Occupational Therapist.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
