The Role

• Laminating carbon fiber reinforced plastic and glass fiber reinforced plastic components.
• Creating vacuum setups for composite material processing.
• Performing finishing work, including grinding resin and component edges to specification.
• Ordering materials and picking and packing goods.
• Documenting work performed and any issues encountered.
• Operating lifting and hoisting equipment.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a carpenter, plastics/rubber mechanic, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in plastics and rubber technology.
• Valid crane operator's license.
• Fluent German and basic English language skills (written and spoken).
• Willingness to actively contribute to a large team and take on group-wide tasks.
• Flexibility to work in different locations within a defined work area.
• Ability to quickly grasp new tasks and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Strong sense of quality and a high degree of independence.
• Readiness for shift work (3-shift system).
