Job Description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Own the full Data Center lifecycle, including designing, implementing, and optimizing IT networks and cloud environments for reliable operations.
  • Oversee and develop a team of network engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, such as SD-WAN and zero-trust network access, to enhance security and performance.
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure the Data Center network architecture supports organizational security and business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • 7+ years of network engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or leadership role.
  • Proficiency in routing and switching protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard networking technologies and network monitoring tools.
  • CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
