ServiceNow Power BI Consultant

• xtract data from ServiceNow using:
  • REST APIs
  • Direct database views
  • Scheduled exports / Data sources
• Develop and maintain data pipelines between ServiceNow and Power BI
• Work with ServiceNow tables:
  • Incident
  • Change
  • Request
  • CMDB

Power BI Development

• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports
• Develop data models (star/snowflake schema) in Power BI
• Create DAX measures and calculated columns

Data Transformation & Optimization

• Use Power Query (M language) for data cleaning and transformation
• Optimize datasets for performance and scalability
• Implement incremental refresh and data refresh scheduling

Reporting & Insights

• Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Build executive dashboards and operational reports
• Automate report distribution via Power BI Service
