The Role • Co-therapeutic patient counseling to support and deepen the therapeutic process. • Planning and leading co-therapeutic groups to foster participant exchange and development. • Assisting patients during meals and exposure exercises to aid stabilization and self-efficacy. • Active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing observations and assessments. • Providing holistic and empathetic individual support throughout the treatment process. • Working in a structured shift system to ensure continuous patient care and support. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Erzieher (m/f/d). • Ideally, experience in psychosomatics, psychiatry, or residential group care. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for the work. • Respectful, professional, and empathetic demeanor towards patients and their families. • Curiosity for new topics and a commitment to professional development.
