Cura of Sauk Centre is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team.

We offer 8- or 12-hour shifts and flexible weekend scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Monitor patients’ conditions, record symptoms and progress, and report significant changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support patients emotionally and provide counseling when appropriate.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, and long-term care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and patient care protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Available for flexible weekend coverage.
