The Role

• Manage all sales floor and stockroom activities collectively with the team.
• Ensure product quality, particularly for fresh produce and baked goods, and manage stock rotation.

What You'll Need

• Demonstrated leadership potential and a drive for success in a retail environment.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or equivalent relevant experience.
• A friendly demeanor and a genuine passion for customer interaction.
• Strong communication, flexibility, and team-building skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to daily tasks.
• Good German language proficiency (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
