What You Will Do:
Process Development & Optimization
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic assemblies
- Improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and eliminate bottlenecks using Lean manufacturing principles
- Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing workflows
- Design production workstations, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing equipment
- Support AOI, conformal coating, and other automated manufacturing processes
- Perform Gage R&R, process capability studies, root cause analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing improvements
Quality & Process Engineering
- Support AOI, conformal coating, and other automated manufacturing processes
- Perform Gage R&R, process capability studies, root cause analysis, and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production teams to support new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC standards, or electronics manufacturing environment
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of CAD, manufacturing tooling, automation, and production processes
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Manufacturing engineering experience in electronics, aerospace, defense manufacturing, or production environments.
