Account Manager

Siamo Recruitment is excited to be recruiting for an Account Manager on behalf of our valued client in Flintshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual looking to develop their career within a fast-paced office environment. Working as part of the Quotations team, you will take ownership of pricing requests for your own geographical area, building strong customer relationships and working closely with the Area Sales Manager to deliver accurate, competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming pricing enquiries and customer requests.

• Producing accurate and competitive quotations.

• Following up quotations to maximise sales opportunities.

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Working closely with the Area Sales Manager to secure new business.

• Updating and maintaining the CRM system.

• Monitoring sales opportunities and forecasting activity.

• Verifying projects using Glenigans.

• Tracking customer orders and pricing activity.

• Supporting colleagues across the team and providing holiday cover where required.

• Achieving individual KPIs and contributing to team success.
