Automation Test Engineer (Robot Framework)

Introduction:

This position is for an Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Robot Framework. The individual will be responsible for developing automated tests, creating test scripts, and ensuring the quality of software products in an Agile testing environment. The role will involve working with Python, Web API testing, Jenkins, Git, and other tools to automate testing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework
• Collaborate with development teams to identify test scenarios and automate test cases
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git
• Conduct API testing and web testing to validate software functionality
• Participate in Agile testing processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Analyze test results and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Maintain and update automated test suites as needed

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in QA Automation
• Proficiency in Robot Framework and Python
• Hands-on experience with Web API testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD integration tools such as Jenkins and Git
• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automated testing of web applications
• Knowledge of other testing tools and frameworks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
