The Role

• Take responsibility for the monitoring and care of intensive and ventilated patients.
• Provide competent basic and advanced nursing care, contributing significantly to patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and therapists.
• Actively participate in the development of nursing processes and take responsibility for the internal resuscitation service.
• Ensure patient safety and stability through diligent monitoring and care.
• Work independently within established nursing standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed training in health and nursing care.
• Ideally, specialized training in intensive care or a strong interest in pursuing it.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Empathy, structured work approach, and passion for the nursing profession.
