Handle techno-commercial aspects related to power plant operations and maintenance.
Manage vendor contracts, purchase orders, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Evaluate technical specifications along with commercial feasibility for procurement and services.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Maintenance, Finance, SCM) for smooth execution of activities.
Monitor and control costs, budget utilization, and support cost optimization initiatives.
Support tendering processes including preparation, evaluation, and finalization.
Ensure timely billing, invoice verification, and payment follow-ups.
Analyze commercial risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Maintain documentation related to contracts, agreements, and commercial transactions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). MBA (Operations/Finance) is an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within the power generation sector (preferably thermal power plant).
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and commercial processes.
Knowledge of power plant operations will be an added advantage.
Good analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
