Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Platform Engineer with strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline development, DevOps automation, and Snowflake deployment engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake deployments.
  • Automate the deployment and promotion of Snowflake changes across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Develop automated deployment processes for Snowflake objects, including:
    • Databases and schemas
    • Tables and views
    • Stored procedures and functions
    • Tasks and streams
    • Roles, grants, and security configurations
    • Other Snowflake platform objects

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud platform.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake.
  • Strong experience with Git and source control management.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CI/CD tools:
    • GitHub Actions
    • Azure DevOps
    • Jenkins
    • GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience automating Snowflake deployments across multiple environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Snowflake SQL and Snowflake object management.
  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
