We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Java Development, Enterprise Architecture, Hyperautomation, Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure), and Digital Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design and delivery of scalable enterprise solutions, drive automation strategies, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions.This role requires a combination of hands-on technical excellence, solution architecture capabilities, cloud-native development experience, and strong consulting skills.
Required Technical Skills:
- Java: Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs, Microservices
- Frameworks: Hibernate/JPA, Spring Security, Design Patterns
- Hyperautomation: Camunda, Flowable, BPMN, DMN, RPA Integration
- Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS), Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure DevOps)
- Containers & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform
- Integration: Kafka, RabbitMQ, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture
- Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Architecture: Solution Architecture, Enterprise Integration, Cloud-Native Architecture, System Design
- Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD
- Good to Have: GenAI, Azure OpenAI, RAG, Vector Databases, Process Mining
Desired Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs
- AWS/Azure Architecture Certifications preferred
