What you'll do:

• Scout, discover, build and nurture emerging Tamil music talent across live gigs, college fests, social media, and independent releases
• Collaborate with artists on song selection, production, conceptualization and creative development to curate releases
• Work closely with various business teams – like marketing, digital and legal to plan release strategies, maximize artists’ reach and execute agreements on time
• Track artist performance and response post-release, use data & insights to guide future signings and strategy.
