The Role

• Support the efficient management of store operations and team training as a representative for the lead salesperson.
• Handle a variety of tasks in both the sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure a premium shopping experience for all customers.
• Manage incoming goods, product merchandising, and stock rotation, including checking expiry dates.
• Replenish and maintain freshness of produce and bakery items.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom organization and cleaning.

What You'll Need

• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience, with a willingness to learn.
• A friendly demeanor and a passion for customer interaction.
• The ability to work diligently and efficiently.

• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
