Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Manager
Role Summary: A seasoned Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs including AMS and transformation engagements spanning multiple geos. The role involves strategic delivery ownership, customer relationship management, financial governance, risk control, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Experience : 15/20 + years of experience in ERP/Digital
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1) Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of ongoing projects/programs of the account ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive execution excellence across project/programs. Ensure delivery within scope, cost, schedule, and quality parameters
2) Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build and maintain CXO/SubCXO-level client relationships and Act as single point of accountability for delivery commitments. Ensure high customer satisfaction and trust
3) Delivery Governance: Establish delivery governance frameworks and reporting cadence. Implement & execute for Status reporting, Quality assurance, Provide strategic oversight and escalation management. Driving AI First Delivery.
- End to end program management – project initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure
- Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders (Practices, Talent Supply chain, Business Excellence, PMO)
- Driving periodic project reviews and mitigating risks with due diligence and a data driven approach & Escalating project issues to the senior management when needed.
- Driving continual service improvements through Lean/automation & Gen AI led productivity - reviewing support practices, performing trend analysis on key operational metrics, ensuring a high focus on end-to-end project delivery and modernization initiatives.
- Reporting, analyzing, and resolving issues related to the implementation, stakeholders, and project operations that may impact service quality; ensuring that stakeholders’ questions and problems are resolved properly and quickly.
- Improving support experience for quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results, and implementing changes.
- Implementing process optimization, improvements, and modernization initiatives where appropriate.
4) Financial & Commercial Management: Own P&L, revenue management, and cost optimization. Manage billing, margins, forecasting, and contract adherence. Drive SOW definition, change requests, and estimations.
5) Resource & Talent Management: Lead large multi-disciplinary teams (350+ resources). Manage:
- Resource planning and allocation. Capability building and mentoring
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
6) Strategic Initiatives & Growth: Support pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses & Identify opportunities for Account growth, New business development & Value creation for the client.
