The Role

• Accurately pick, prepare, and package merchandise for online customer orders.
• Ensure the correct items are selected and prepared for customer pickup.
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any order inquiries.
• Make appropriate product substitutions when necessary.
• Maintain a focus on efficiency and accuracy in all order fulfillment tasks.
