Job Description

Registered Nurse | Coburg, Germany | On-site We are hiring for a leading national network of specialist clinics known for their comprehensive approach to psychosomatic, orthopedic, and neurological care. With a strong focus on innovative treatment methods and patient well-being, we provide a highly integrated care model that supports patients through acute treatment, rehabilitation, and beyond. The Role • Co-therapeutically accompany psychosomatic patients through structured and supportive conversations, crisis interventions, and therapeutic meal support, alongside medical-nursing interventions. • Plan and lead group sessions and implement nature-based healing methods such as acupuncture, poultices, and aromatherapy. • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. • Manage administrative tasks within the ward and assist with patient case management. • Participate in ongoing projects and contribute to the continuous development of the department through internal training programs. What You'll Need • Completed training as a registered nurse (e.g., State-certified Nurse or Geriatric Nurse). • Several years of professional experience in psychosomatics and/or psychiatry. • Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of psychosomatic disorders. • High level of social competence and strong communication skills. • Reliable, dedicated, and team-oriented approach in both individual and interdisciplinary work. • Experience with modern hospital information systems and a willingness to undertake further training, including specialized co-therapy training.
