Brand Ambassador to join our Washington, DC team.

In this role, you will represent our brand and client campaigns through direct, face-to-face interactions with customers and the public. You will help communicate key brand messages, introduce products and services, create positive customer experiences, and contribute to promotional and marketing initiatives. Communicate brand messages, products, services, and promotions clearly to potential customers. Assist with promotional campaigns, events, presentations, and brand activations. Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about represented products or services.

Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals. Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights to the team. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Goal-oriented mindset with attention to quality and customer experience.
