The Role

• Build and maintain strong customer rapport through exceptional phone and email service.
• Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
• Proactively work with customers to resolve overdue payments and maintain low portfolio aging.
• Meet and exceed departmental goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of finance professionals to minimize outstanding debt.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are advantageous.
