Senior Microsoft Solution Engineer

BizTech Fusion is looking for a Senior Microsoft Solution Engineer to join our internal Technical Team. We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft/Azure professional with strong expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and Microsoft 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical resource within the BizTech Fusion Technical Team.
• Design, implement, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft solutions.
• Develop technical architectures and solution designs.
• Lead technical discovery and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Participate in customer-facing technical meetings and solution discussions.
• Support proof-of-concept and demonstration activities.
• Develop technical approaches, implementation plans, and statements of work.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft technology issues.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, architects, engineers, and customers.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and determine their applicability to customer solutions.
• Support Microsoft solution assessments, migrations, modernization, and transformation initiatives.
• When applicable, support Dynamics 365 / Business Central technical discovery, architecture, integration, and implementation activities.

Preferred / Additional Expertise

• Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central experience
• Dataverse and Power Platform
• Dynamics integrations with Azure and Microsoft 365
• Experience participating in Dynamics implementations or technical discovery

Microsoft Certifications

Candidates should have a strong portfolio of Microsoft certifications relevant to Azure, security, networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.

The following certifications are highly preferred:

• AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate
• AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate
• SC-200 Security Operations Analyst Associate
• MS-700 Teams Administrator Associate
• AZ-305 Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
• AZ-700 Designing and Implementing Microsoft Azure Networking Solutions
• AZ-140 Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty

Candidates should provide a current Microsoft Learn transcript/certificate for verification.

Additional relevant Microsoft certifications will also be considered.
