The Role • Operate, monitor, and control sophisticated automated production machinery within the automotive manufacturing industry. • Independently identify causes of malfunctions, perform minor repairs, and conduct routine maintenance on equipment. • Ensure premium product quality through regular inspections and meticulous documentation of all components. • Contribute innovative ideas for the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and overall plant efficiency. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a relevant field, such as energy systems electronics, industrial electronics, or industrial mechanics. • Solid technical expertise in electrical/electronics, with practical experience in maintenance, repair, or commissioning. • Proficiency in control technology, drive technology, and programming languages. • A self-directed, structured work ethic, coupled with a willingness to work in a 3-shift system and pursue further training.
