Shift: Rotational (9am-5pm, 5pm-1am, 1am-9am); 24x7 availability required, but weekly working hours are not guaranteed. Schedules will be sent out by the manager, and drivers will select their shifts on a rotation basis.

Description:Conduct comprehensive drives on heavy trucks daily to evaluate features and overall functionality. Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues or defects. Follow predefined test plans and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent testing results. Monitor vehicle performance and safety systems during test sessions, identifying any anomalies or issues. Identify and report software problems related to vehicle systems and controls. Communicate effectively to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements. Record accurate records of observations and findings. Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or automotive certification preferred. All candidates must be willing to use their personal cell phone as the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) for work purposes. Proven experience for 5 years as a test driver or in a related automotive testing role. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
