Professional Job Description
Seeking a  — DevOps with 8 to 10+ years of experience for a 12-month contract position in Irvine, CA 92618 (100% Onsite). 
The candidate will be responsible for architecting, designing, and automating continuous delivery and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines across cloud environments. 
This hands-on architectural role requires deep technical mastery in AWS Services, Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, container orchestration via Kubernetes and Docker, deployment automation with Harness, scripting in Python, Autosys scheduling, and backend data capabilities in PL/SQL.

#Key Responsibilities
* Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure as Code: Architect, build, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS Services using Terraform for automated provisioning and configuration management.
* Containerization & Orchestration: Design, deploy, and support enterprise microservices architectures leveraging Docker, containerization strategies, and production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
* Continuous Delivery & Deployment Pipelines: Drive end-to-end CI/CD release engineering using Harness, Jenkins, or native AWS DevOps pipelines to ensure zero-downtime continuous deployments.
* Automation & Technical Leadership: Write robust automation scripts in Python, manage job scheduling via Autosys, optimize backend database procedures in PL/SQL, and lead engineering teams across all SDLC layers within an Agile development process.
* Stakeholder Coordination & Governance: Independently lead module development, mentor junior engineers, and interface directly with business users and client technical leadership.

#Required Qualifications
* Experience & Role Level: 8 to 10+ years of progressive technical architecture and DevOps engineering experience.
* Core DevOps Stack: Proven mastery in AWS Services, Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS/K8s), Docker / Dockerization, and Harness.
* Programming & Database: Hands-on development proficiency in Python, PL/SQL, and Autosys workload automation.
* SDLC & Agile: Demonstrated capability to design, architect, and deliver solutions independently while managing development modules in an Agile framework.
* Work Setup & Location: 100% Onsite commitment in Irvine, CA 92618.
