The Role

• Manufacture simple to complex cables and assemblies according to norms, technical drawings, parts lists, and work plans.
• Perform professional stripping of wires and cables, utilizing manual dexterity.
• Shrink tubing and form parts to ensure secure connections.
• Crimp and solder contacts, and meticulously assemble connectors.
• Conduct independent quality checks of work within defined testing processes.
• Undertake repairs and maintenance of cables and assemblies of varying complexity.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training with a focus on electronics or mechatronics, or a comparable qualification.
• Alternatively, extensive professional experience in cable manufacturing with proven practical knowledge.
• Good understanding of technical drawings, parts lists, and work plans.
• Diligence, reliability, and a high standard of quality in your work.
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system (Monday to Friday, no weekends).
• Ability to work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview of complex tasks.
