Senior SuccessFactors Talent Management Technical Consultant

Configure, implement, integrate, test and support SuccessFactors talent management applications, including Performance and Goals, Succession and Development, Compensation, and Calibration. You will deliver complex application updates, resolve user support needs, consult with business partners, and coordinate with developers, product managers and vendors to align solutions with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build complex configurations for Success
• Factors and other talent management applications based on user and business requirements.
• Develop, test and deploy application fixes, updates and new implementations.
• Provide technical application support and business consultation for talent management systems.
• Communicate with users to address complex application support requests and needs.
• Partner with developers, product managers and business partners to align configurations with requirements and project goals.
• Prioritize incident tickets and user requests, and manage relationships and contracts with software vendors.
