Entry-Level Data Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving, along with basic knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Clean and validate datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.
• Write basic to intermediate SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
• Assist with developing and maintaining dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform data quality checks and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Document analysis, processes, and findings.
• Support senior analysts and team members with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
