Firewall Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Administer roles and access privileges within the Palo Alto environment
Support remote access and VPN connectivity across the organization using Prisma Access
Support secure remote access using Prisma Browser
Manage and process access request queues, ensuring timely and accurate provisioning
Design and implement new roles and group-based access structures as required
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application requirements and align appropriate access
Support access changes resulting from organizational and user group changes
Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, VPN, and remote access issues
Maintain accurate access configurations and follow established security and operational procedures
Balance stakeholder engagement with focused, independent work in a high-volume environment

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience
Bachelor's Degree
