The Role

• Actively promote the short-term rental fleet to customers within an assigned territory.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate rental opportunities and ensure timely documentation submission.
• Dedicate a minimum of 80% of time to customer outreach and relationship building.
• Review and process all incoming rental leads within 24 hours of receipt.
• Build relationships with re-rental partners to increase department revenue.
• Monitor fleet usage to identify and capitalize on under-utilized equipment.

What You'll Need

• Proven sales experience, with a preference for the heavy equipment industry.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment, with John Deere experience being a plus.
• Experience with equipment rentals is ideal.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
