Quality Engineer

Location: Commutable from GloucesterSalary: £42,000Hours: Monday to Friday | Days | 8:00am - 4:30pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role where you'll spend the majority of your time on the shop floor, working closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to drive quality standards and continuous improvement.

• Manage incoming goods inspection and quality processes.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead the site's non-conformance process.
• Work closely with production to improve quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve quality concerns.
• Deliver quality training and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out product inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Previous experience in a Quality Engineer role within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Engineering or manufacturing background preferred.

• £42,000 salary
• Monday to Friday days (8:00am - 4:30pm)
