The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and service at the fresh food counter.
• Skillfully prepare and portion high-quality meats, sausages, and cheeses.
• Create unique specialties using in-house recipes.
• Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Maintain an attractive display of goods to entice customers.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed vocational training as a butcher, meat processor, or food retail salesperson with a focus on meat processing.
• A genuine passion for interacting with people and a love for the retail sector.
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic with a strong customer focus.
• Flexibility to work within a shift system, including Saturdays.
