What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in an electrical field, such as an electrician or mechatronics technician. • A valid driver's license (Class B). • Comfort and ability to work at heights. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. • Previous experience as a service technician in lightning protection is ideal but not essential for motivated newcomers.
