Part-Time Leasing Professional

Show apartment homes to prospective residents, respond to inquiries, support local marketing, and guide applicants through leasing and move-in processes. Coordinate resident appointments and events while working with the neighborhood manager and maintenance team to support a positive resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective residents.
• Respond to prospect and resident phone calls and emails.
• Maintain current knowledge of pricing, specials, and leasing options.
• Schedule resident appointments to discuss renewals and leasing options.
• Complete lease applications, agreements, and move-in paperwork.
• Inspect units before move-in and report grounds or maintenance concerns.
