Residential Water Heater Sales Representative

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Bilingual Water Heater Sales Rep to drive residential sales of water heaters and related plumbing products. In this field-based role, you'll respond to pre-qualified leads, perform in-home assessments, explain product options, and present clear, value-focused proposals. You'll collaborate with technicians, ensure accurate documentation, and follow a safety-first approach. Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on residential water heater sales leads
• Conduct in-home assessments and recommend appropriate water heater solutions
• Present pricing, financing, and product options in a clear, bilingual manner
• Collaborate with technicians to schedule installs and ensure job accuracy
• Maintain detailed records in CRM or sales tracking tools
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Adhere to company safety, ethics, and customer service standards
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training
