The Role • Greet and interact with guests in a polite and friendly manner. • Prepare and display fresh produce on the sales floor. • Stock, price, rotate, and arrange products according to company standards. • Maintain the quality and freshness of produce. • Assist with receiving and unloading product deliveries. • Provide knowledgeable guest service regarding produce, including preparation and weighing. What You'll Need • A friendly and outgoing personality. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members. • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs consistently. • Capacity to understand and follow instructions. • Strong communication and guest service skills. • Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
