The Role

• Service customer needs and make recommendations for devices, plans, and services.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through proactive engagement.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process.
• Stay current on the latest technology products and services to advise customers effectively.
• Recommend improvements and updates to products and services based on customer interactions.

What You'll Need
