Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in New York, NY. In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale workforce re-badging initiative. You will ensure employees are transitioned efficiently, securely, and consistently across all locations while minimizing operational disruption.

Key Deliverables

  • Master deployment and implementation plan
  • Site rollout schedules and readiness assessments
  • Resource and staffing plans
  • Risk, issue, and escalation management framework
  • Executive reporting and program dashboards
  • Workforce communication and change management plans
  • Site performance and completion metrics
  • Project closeout documentation and lessons learned

Core Responsibilities

Program Planning & Governance:

  • Develop and maintain the overall project roadmap and implementation schedule
  • Define milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities
  • Establish governance structure, reporting cadence, and escalation protocols

Site Deployment Management

  • Coordinate multi-site rollout activities
  • Ensure locations are staffed, equipped, and operationally ready
  • Manage deployment schedules and workforce capacity planning

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Site Leadership
  • Align stakeholders on timelines, objectives, and execution plans

Risk & Issue Management

  • Identify and mitigate deployment risks
  • Manage issues impacting schedule, employee experience, or site readiness
  • Escalate critical concerns and drive resolution

Metrics & Reporting

  • Track completion rates and deployment progress
  • Monitor productivity, throughput, and site performance
  • Present status updates to leadership and executive stakeholders

Change Management

  • Support employee communication strategies
  • Ensure consistent re-badging experience across all locations
  • Manage stakeholder adoption and workforce transition activities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
