The Role • Lead system administration for critical Linux and Windows-based systems within secure, mission-critical environments. • Architect, manage, and maintain complex server, storage, and virtualization infrastructure. • Perform OS installation, configuration, hardening, and patching in compliance with stringent security standards. • Monitor and tune system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and efficiently resolve complex issues. • Oversee and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code for efficient system management. • Collaborate with cybersecurity, network engineering, and development teams to ensure system integrity and performance. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience. • Active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain TS/SCI with Polygraph. • DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification is required. • Proven experience with Linux and Windows Server administration. • Proficiency in virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, KVM). • Experience with automation and scripting tools (e.g., Ansible, Bash, PowerShell). • Familiarity with STIG compliance, system hardening, and RMF processes.
