Job Description

Provide senior-level systems administration services to support planning, implementation, testing, deployment, documentation, operational readiness, and ongoing operations for ODA's technology environment during the engagement.
III. Scope of Services
Support the Data Center Modernization and Mac to Windows Transition projects. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure. Support Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, endpoint management, Windows imaging, workstation deployment, and device lifecycle management. Assist with server migrations, identity modernization, domain consolidation, and infrastructure modernization. Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials. Participate in testing, pilot deployments, production implementations, and troubleshooting. Provide Tier III technical support and assist with day-to-day operational systems administration activities as assigned. Coordinate with ODA staff, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders. Perform other related systems administration duties necessary to support project and operational objectives.
IV. Deliverables:
The Contractor shall provide: Professional systems administration services in accordance with this Statement of Work. WOC 603-4739-26 Systems Administrator A monthly status report summarizing work completed, significant accomplishments, issues or risks, and planned work for the following month. A monthly invoice reflecting approved hours worked during the reporting period.
V. Period of Performance September 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027. ODA may extend the engagement by amendment if additional services are required.
VI. Work Location Hybrid. Remote work is permitted when appropriate; however, the Contractor must be available to work onsite at ODA facilities in Salem, Wilsonville, or other agency locations as required.

IX. Contractor Responsibilities Perform services professionally and in accordance with ODA standards. Maintain appropriate documentation. Participate in project and operational meetings. Communicate risks, issues, and dependencies promptly. Follow all applicable security and confidentiality requirements.
