Job Description

The Project Manager – Facility Services is responsible for coordinating facility and construction-related projects from planning through completion. This role partners with Program Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality projects on schedule and within budget. 

Pay Range $80K-$130K 

Position Title: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support project surveys, estimating, and client quotations. 
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources. 
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation. 
  • Prepare purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, and billing. 
  • Provide project updates and maintain client communication. 
  • Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery. 
  • Support contract negotiations, scope development, and seamless project transitions from sales through execution. 
  • Track business development activities, opportunities, and project pipeline using the company CRM. 
  • Maintain relationships with clients to identify follow-on projects, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. 
  • Participate in client meetings, site walks, networking events, and industry conferences to support sales growth. 
  • Partner with Business Development and Program Managers to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and client solution strategies. 
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying client needs and expanding services within existing and prospective accounts. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience in project management, construction, facility services, or related field. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365. 
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 

Preferred Skills 

  • Microsoft Productivity Suite and MS Project 
  • AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam 
  • Salesforce or HubSpot CRM 
  • Smartsheet 

Preferred Education & Certifications 

  • Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Engineering, or similar. 
  • PMP, FMP, CMMP, or EIT certifications are highly desirable.
