Process Engineer

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in Banking Operations, Business Process
Optimization, and Microsoft Visio. The role focuses on analyzing, documenting, redesigning, and
improving banking processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, customer experience, and risk
management.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze current-state banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement and
automation.
• Create process maps, workflows, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs using Microsoft Visio.
• Design future-state processes in partnership with business, technology, and compliance teams.
• Lead process re-engineering initiatives across Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Lending,
Payments, and KYC/AML functions.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify process bottlenecks, risks, and control gaps.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and process performance metrics.
• Support digital transformation, BPM, RPA, and AI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in banking process engineering or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced Microsoft Visio skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Appian, Pega, Signavio, Camunda, or similar BPM tools.
• Exposure to RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Experience supporting banking transformation programs.
