Role Summary

This role focuses on the infrastructure and SRE side of observability, with hands-on responsibility for designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing production monitoring solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Grafana and OpenTelemetry, along with APM, distributed tracing, log analysis, root-cause analysis, AWS integrations, infrastructure automation, and SLO-based alerting.

We are specifically looking for someone who has implemented and supported observability solutions in production, rather than someone who has only used Grafana dashboards.
