🔹 Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management

• Strong experience in risk mitigation and issue resolution

• Business requirements gathering and documentation

• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills

• Experience with vendor management and contract oversight

• Prior experience in PMO-driven environments — highly desired

• Experience coordinating business and IT stakeholders — highly desired

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, WBS, RACI, resource, budget, and communication plans

• Coordinate with business leaders, SMEs, IT teams, and vendors

• Monitor project execution, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes through formal change control

• Coordinate business and IT resource allocation

• Manage vendor onboarding, requirements, compliance, and contract activities

• Lead status meetings, steering committees, risk reviews, and stakeholder communications

• Support UAT, go-live planning, rollout readiness, and project closure

• Conduct lessons learned and ensure project deliverables meet quality expectations
